Plan achievable projects: this international course produces detailed & realistic plans ready for executing complex projects. The planning processes start with 'Objective Statements', for Stakeholder approval. The project solution is then designed, followed by detailed execution planning. Learning lessons from the project is the final stage.

Unique: The project execution planning process, ("the most effective method of project execution planning" - PMI), uses easy-to-learn techniques on special wall planning charts or pre-formatted Excel spreadsheets. This process can be added to ‘PRINCE2’ that omits execution planning.
