Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

This full day workshop is designed to support a consistent and fair hiring process by giving interview panels the confidence and skills to run effective and inclusive interview processes. Selection is a two-way process, and candidates will use the interview to decide whether the role is right for them, so ensuring a positive candidate experience is key. This training covers the core models that underpin effective interviewing; with a focus on assessing against organisational frameworks and diversity considerations, including neuro diverse candidates.
