Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
Leaders are often tasked with addressing complex challenges and finding innovative solutions. Ideation is the process of generating a wide range of ideas via our ability to think, forming ideas from concept right through to implementation, providing leaders with a diverse set of options to choose from. Creative thinking is the ability to generate multiple ideas which can be visual, concrete, or abstract, allowing us to approach problems from different angles.
Many people believe that these are innate qualities, rather than ones that can be learnt and feel uncomfortable in having to ideate or think creatively. This workshop will prove this theory wrong and is designed to inspire participants to think beyond conventional boundaries, foster creativity, and develop skills to generate innovative ideas. The Ideation and Creative Thinking workshop provides participants with a safe environment in which to explore and practice ideation and creative thinking techniques.
The application of these learned skills is applicable both personally and professionally and will open up new outlooks to decision making and thought processes. This workshop is especially helpful for leaders and managers who may be stuck with a problem and need to develop their ability to see things from a different perspective.
