Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

The Getting Things Done (GTD) approach has helped millions of busy people get more done with less stress. GTD accelerates existing high-performance behaviours, translating ambition into action. It helps individuals overcome distraction, procrastination, and uncertainty and become clear on what they need to do next in order to achieve their short-term goals.

Target audience/level of experience/pre-requisites:
Suitable for all grades, from high-level leaders to new starters.
No pre-learning required, and it suits people with no knowledge of GTD or those who have started on their own and want to get better at the Fundamentals.

Course format – how this one is different is to other Level 1 courses offered:
This in-person seminar is run over two consecutive 8-hour days. Participants are not off-work for those two days but will be actively engaged in doing their work, making decisions and unsticking projects that have been blocked for some time.
This seminar is very engaging, practical and the best way to get a group fully up-and-running with GTD.
