Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

This course is for managers and leaders responsible for decision-making or guiding others.

The course can be delivered as a half-day workshop (in-person) or a 3-hour virtual session. Optional online learning support is available.

This course supports managers and leaders in applying critical thinking to team, project and operational decisions. Participants will explore how organisational culture, group dynamics, and leadership influence decision quality.

• Cultural and leadership factors in decision-making
• The critical thinking process
• Tools for analysing complex issues
• Encouraging thinking in teams
