Course Description:
Change is constant. The solution isn’t mitigating it and returning to normalcy, it’s learning how to adapt, stay grounded, and keep moving forward. This face-to-face workshop uses the Bailey & French Psych Flex Conversation Mat to guide participants through the five core components of psychological flexibility: Acceptance of emotions, Distancing, Being Present, Anchoring in Values, and Taking Action.
Through structured dialogue, guided questions, and shared reflection, participants surface assumptions, share perspectives, and discover practical ways to respond to uncertainty with clarity and confidence. The mat provides a simple pulse check on how individuals and teams are navigating change, and opens up constructive conversations about what helps us thrive in dynamic environments. It also provides a means of tracking progress over time.
