As organisations become leaner and less hierarchical, the need to influence and collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders has never been so important. This course looks at how we perceive the quality of our relationships with stakeholders, especially the ones we are trying to influence, affects the way we communicate and engage with them.
This workshop is designed to improve personal influence with stakeholders more senior than us and will allow participants to explore their personal communication styles and influencing strategies.
