Off the shelf (OTS)

This engaging one-day course is designed to cultivate a greater understanding of mental health and equip you with practical skills to support your own wellbeing and that of others. We'll explore what mental health truly means, challenge common misconceptions and stigma, and provide a foundational knowledge of prevalent mental health challenges.
