Overview

Cross Civil Service

On occasion, civil servants in customer facing roles may have to deal with vulnerable individuals who suggest they may self-harm or even commit suicide. Understandably, coping with such situations can be incredibly demanding and stressful.

This course has been developed to help civil servants who might find themselves in such a situation. It is also relevant for line managers who may need to provide team members with support and reassurance.
