This product is not available via the Learning Frameworks service after 31 December 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the learning, so by 19 November 2025.
The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again once the new contract is live.

Off the shelf (OTS)
The qualification is aimed at people who are in a position to carry out internal quality assurance can undertake the knowledge. The qualification will enable the learner to update and continue professional development, and to develop knowledge and skills relevant to internal quality assurance.
Pre-entry requirements - learners must be fully competent practitioners and where applicable, hold the relevant practitioner qualifications in the work area in which they are seeking to become Internal Quality Assurers (IQA).
Evidence for the qualification must come from the trainee Internal Quality Assurer’s performance in the work environment. There must be evidence of the trainee IQA monitoring a minimum of two assessors, each with a minimum of two trainees of their own, through components of a qualification.
This is a 12 credit qualification across 2 units and is assessed through 1 assignment, 1 professional discussion, observation and a portfolio of work product portfolio.
Learners will have 24/7 access to our bespoke virtual learning environment that contains all the assessment material, support material as well as helpful hints and tips and contacts for our qualifications team. This is a 90 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) qualification, this is made up of the face to face session attended and directed self-led learning.
