Overview

Cross Civil Service

Projects are the vehicles via which government policy is translated into public services or improvements are made to existing services. Establishing from the start who the most important customers and stakeholders are, and what their requirements are, is vital. Projects may soon run into problems if these aren’t properly defined.

This course explores the importance of customer requirements, how to define them and when they should be identified. You’ll also learn how best to communicate with customers and stakeholders and how to make the most of their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Please refer to the course flyer for a full description of the learning.
