Off the shelf (OTS)
This 3-day course provides participants with a thorough understanding of the five case model for creating business cases as mandated by Her Majesty's Treasury. During the course, we revise the 5 cases and how they relate to The Government Gateway reviews of spending and the 3 stages of development which culminate in the fully fledged business case. We also explain how these 3 stages are broken down into steps and actions. Throughout the course, our experts help participants understand the benefits of adopting the 5 case model by using real-world examples. All relevant course materials are provided.
The course includes the Better Business Cases Practitioner examination.
Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
