Off the shelf (OTS)
Better Business Cases™ has been developed by HM Treasury and the Welsh government. It is a systematic and objective approach to all stages of the business case development process.
It sits alongside, and complements, Her Majesty's Treasury Green Book guidance and is based on the ‘Five Case Model’ – the UK government’s best practice approach to planning spending proposals and enabling effective business decisions. This course includes the relevant exam.
Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
