Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

Agile project management is a framework for delivering projects rapidly and efficiently, without any loss of control or quality. Agile project teams gather requirements, plan, design, build and test – all at the same time. This course is aimed at aspiring and practising project managers. You’ll learn how to set up an Agile project, identify risks and communicate with project stakeholders. While there are no formal pre-requisites for this course, it would be beneficial for you to have some practical experience of working within an Agile project environment. This course includes the relevant exam.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible on Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
