Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
The Diploma in Organisational Development Practice increases learners’ knowledge and understanding of OD, with the skills, practical tools and thinking strategies that will shape their approach to being an OD practitioner.
The programme consists of three modules plus a follow-up day where participants present the outcomes of their business project.. The virtual programme is delivered as 4 x half day sessions starting at 9 am (UK time) with 2x 90 minute sessions and a break between.
The modules are: You and Your Approach to OD Work, Cultural Change and Case Study, Group Dynamics and OD Evaluation. In addition there is a introduction session and learners present the findings of their business project. Self-facilitated action learning sets meet throughout the course of the programme.
