Cross Civil Service

To be a successful manager in an operational delivery setting requires a strong understanding of operational delivery principles; safety and security; and equality and diversity. It also requires skills in resolving customer service problems and the ability to manage team and individual performance.

Available in three different forms (Award, Certificate and Diploma), this qualification is relevant for anyone working in a face to face, contact management or processing role with staff management responsibilities.
