This is a business simulation, where learners act as the newly-appointed senior management team of ’Netbox‘ a real time entertainment business. As a team they must consider their strategic objectives as they make decisions around price, the product mix and operational and organisational priorities.

The simulation explores key drivers of commercial success including the tension between long-and-short-term objectives, and financial and non-financial priorities.
