Off the shelf (OTS)

This programme will challenge participants to become more aware and successful communicators during virtual and in-person negotiations of any type. Split across four modules, the first two modules of the course will focus on expressive skills, helping to develop flexibility and choice in how one engages; the third module will pay more attention to receptive skills, building a focus on others, and how to spot behavioural cues; and the final part of the course will be scenario-based and will allow participants to put the skills they have learnt into practice. Throughout the experience detailed feedback will be provided on individuals’ communication style, habits and preferences. Outcomes will include greater confidence in how to engage during negotiations and enhanced skills to enable a more effective dialogue.
