Overview

Cross Civil Service

Concern, fear and stress are all perfectly natural reactions to the situations we currently find ourselves in. In turn, this tests leaders’ resilience as they determine how best to manage the situation unfolding before them.

This workshop provides an opportunity to take time out to reflect on your thoughts, feelings and behaviours at this challenging time. You will explore natural human responses to stress and pressure and the implications this can have in your role as a leader. You’ll learn how to increase your resilience, cultivating an inner strength that will help you feel more confident, adaptable and open to new opportunities.
