Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

In the face of huge disruption and crisis, leadership teams and organisations must develop strategic resilience to recover quickly and become future-ready. They must define how to think about recovery and what the ‘new normal’ might look like for service delivery. This workshop considers ‘How can you plan for recovery when there is still so much that is unknown?’ and ‘What are the best methods to anticipate these uncertainties and start to redesign services?’.
