Candidates who successfully complete this course of study will be able to take on all types of investigations, from the ‘basic’ to the ‘complex’, with confidence and competence. The National Certificate in Workplace Investigation™ programme comprises 2 hours of preparatory work, 33 hours of classroom or virtual learning, and 12 hours of post-course work. It takes candidates from preparing a robust workable plan, carrying out the fact-finding processes efficiently and sensitively, and submitting a succinct, comprehensive report of the evidence found, together with findings of fact in line with ACAS recommended practice
