Overview

Cross Civil Service

Teaming means coming together as a team and working towards a common goal, building capability and trust, and improving performance. A typical teaming conversation brings together all team members and considers factors such as inclusivity, communication, problem solving and wellbeing. Employing a positive psychology model means you have to focus on the team’s strengths, thinking about what it can do, rather than what it can’t.

The full series of courses – and the order you’re recommended to take them in – is: great virtual teaming conversations, creating an inclusive team environment and maximising your virtual leadership impact.
