Overview

Cross Civil Service

Successful organisations typically feature an environment where colleagues can show initiative, take responsibility and feel comfortable taking measured risks. Skilled coaches and mentors provide valuable support and advice in this area but can also help lay the foundations of an organisation’s entire coaching culture and strategy.

Lasting 6-12 months, this course provides you with the opportunity to study for a Level 7 certificate in coaching and mentoring, accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management. As well as exploring how to critically review your competence as a coach or mentor, you’ll learn how to build the strategy, culture and processes for coaching and mentoring at a senior level. There is a regular and a distance learning version of this course.
