Overview

🕮 Cross Civil Service

Defined as the ability to monitor your own – and other people’s – emotions and to discriminate between different types of emotions, emotional intelligence is about using this emotional information to guide your behaviour and decision making.

In a work environment, being able to fuse together intelligence, empathy and emotion in this way can be a powerful tool. This digital course is designed to demonstrate how you can harness your emotional intelligence to increase your capability for leadership and relationship building. It will introduce you to the three core concepts of emotional awareness, literacy and honesty.
