Off the shelf (OTS)

Fast Effective Projects (FEP) is a course that focuses on applying problem structuring and project management tools to public sector project delivery. Participants will build a focused set of skills needed to navigate through a demanding project environment to become successful organisational leaders and role models of desirable behavioural change.

The course is centred around a public sector project case study, and is delivered by experienced practitioners from The Public Service Consultants (The PSC) who use these skills on a daily basis with their projects and clients.
