Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected? Something we all have in common is that we must manage our wellbeing. And everyone has times where they feel like they can’t manage as well as they usually do. Let this sense of lost control go on enough, and the negative effects can compound.

The good news is that our wellbeing is more in our control than what we think. By shifting our perspective, boosting our resources, mitigating demands, and taking better care of ourselves, we can boost our overall sense on control. This way we are better equipped to manage our wellbeing and work through challenging times.

By identifying the type of thinking that impacts our wellbeing and what we can do about it, this Go Large helps us to shift our mindset and re-establish control in our daily lives.
