  • bullet point
Increase the individual’s awareness of what they need to do to improve their performance or a particular skill

Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

With a person-centred focused approach, coaching encourages a learning method, in which the learner ultimately takes control of their own progression. This involves shaping an individual’s education, values and goals positively, through utilising existing strategies and identifying particular working memory and organisation deficits, which have a significant impact on their individual learning styles, modalities and future life skills.

Our practitioners are fully qualified in dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADHD/ADD, autism spectrum, anxiety and other comorbidities within the neurodiversity spectrum.

The sessions are conducted remotely on a one-to-one basis. The professional activities involved are an initial assessment, creation of a subsequent individual learning action plan, then mentoring, coaching and skill development, whilst adhering to adjustments and accommodations within the working environment.
